May 20, 2018 Poultry Revolution Presentation in Fairfield

Join the Poultry Revolution!

Our partners will be hosting a presentation on The Poultry Revolution on May 20 from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Sustainable Living Center, 1010 Dimick Drive, on the Maharishi University of Management campus in Fairfield.

All are welcome to join and to stay for lunch following the presentation.


Reginaldo Haslett-Marroquin, will be presenting a revolutionary regenerative poultry/egg production system that his team at the Main Street Project has developed.

What is the Poultry Revolution?

You can get a quick overview of the Poultry Centered Regenerative Agriculture model and Mainstreet Project by watching this 6 minute video.  

They have implemented this system in Northfield, MN, in San Miguel d’Allende, Mexico, in Guatemala, and most recently at the Pine Ridge Indian reservation in South Dakota. You can learn about these here.   

Regi will also be speaking on Saturday evening at 6:30 as part of the Sustainable Living Coalition monthly potluck celebration. Come along and enjoy the music, company, communal food, and Regi’s talk. Sustainable Living Coalition Seed Center, 2143 185th St., Fairfield.

In addition, on Monday morning at 10 AM, Regi will also be speaking to the students of the Sustainable Living program and other interested students at MUM. The public is welcome to join the students at this event, which will also be held in the Sustainable Living Center at MUM.
