Jefferson County Community Resource Guide
This resource guide was developed by community residents and elected officials to provide a central location for important community resources. You can filter the guide by “category” or search for an individual resource using the search box on the left.
The guide was developed by local volunteers and a collaboration between Pathfinders RC&D, Jefferson County Supervisors, Jefferson County Mental Health Office, and the Jefferson County Hunger Dialogue.
