The guide was developed by local volunteers and a collaboration between Pathfinders RC&D, Jefferson County Supervisors, Jefferson County Mental Health Office, and the Jefferson County Hunger Dialogue.

Provides practical assistance and life skills training to Jefferson county residents in financial crisis. Practical assistance includes financial, utility bills, and clothing assistance. Life skills training includes classes and workshops.
Assistance with rent, food, utilities, limited medical and burial assistance. Must meet income guidelines and the limits on help during a 12 month period.
Heating Cost Assistance; Home Weatherization; Assistance with utility issues; Budget counseling; Low income housing applications and advocacy; Tax and rent rebate referral to other community services; Crisis advocacy; Integrated Alcohol & Drug/Mental Health Services
