CDBG Income Survey

Project Description

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as ” a flexible program that provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs” (hud.gov). In order to apply for grants, communities must show how the project in question will benefit low to moderate income (LMI) households; part of this process involves conducting an income survey of the area the project will impact.

Our Role

Pathfinders ensured compliance with CDBG requirements by updating an income survey form, delivering the survey on-line and  door-to-door, and analyzed the survey results.
